There are plenty of stereotypes include emo culture, many of which are negative. However, in this article I will cover six of the most popular less negative stereotypes associated with being considered emo. These stereotypes are stereotypes mostly originals, some of which are still valid today, but most of which have evolved as the style itself.
• Write poetry - Emo people are considered to be of an artistic nature. Emos know many have been expressing their emotions, both positive and negative, through writing poetry.
