The emotions each colour gives, the cosiness of wool, a warm embrace: these are all feelings that unite the human kind and are expressed in a new art form in line with its time. The Lana Sutra is a series of 15 installations conceived as a homage to love and dedicated to the desire for an equal and sharing society.
The series of 15 art pieces, created by the young Cuban artist, Erik Ravelo of "Fabrica", will be on display for a week in three Benetton stores.These will convert into art galleries, highlighting, once again the traditional affinity between Benetton and the world of artistic expression.

Fashion by feelings | WHY NOT CHOOSE WOOL?

Woolmark is knitting its way into Facebook's pages launching a global style competition with a difference!


Woolmark's latest campaign 'Find Fashion by Feelings' invites users to post their favourite wool looks into one of twelve  funny and inspired  'Feelings' categories. Users are then encouraged to vote for the outfit they love the most, with the most 'loved' look winning a AUD $12,000 holiday & wool experience. Additionally the public can vote for their favourite look, with all voters entered into a weekly draw to win an 'Emu Australia'  wool prize pack woth AUD $400!

When viewing the site, users are greeted with a myriad of different looks: From 'Happy' - an explosion of vibrant colour; to 'Dark' - a moodier, deeper, sultry side to all things wool, to all emotions in between. (My favourite? 'Chic''Beautiful' and 'Natural'!)

Woolmark launched the 'We Love Wool'  Facebook page in early June. Since it's inception, the community now has 24,000+ fans!  Their 47 years old logo was, this year, awarded 'Top logo of all time' by Creative Review Magazine, and with this new campaign they will definitely draw another success in their history!

Internationally-celebrated body architect Lucy McRae teams up with acclaimed Harvard biologist Sheref Mansy, to create Swallowable Parfum: a digestible scented capsule that breaks entirely new ground in the science of human instinct.
Swallowable Parfum is a capsule that enables human skin to emit a genetically unique scent about who we are, and how we perform our identities. IIn a status-driven world where we are free to make our own choices, have access to infinite knowledge and information, and where anything is seemingly possible, we constantly seek out new ways to communicate our uniqueness and express individuality.
Once absorbed, the capsule enables the skin to become a platform, an atomizer, a biologically enhanced second skin synthesized directly from the natural processes of the body.
